Hi all! My name is Jessica Hicks and as most of you, I love all things girly. Ever since I was little I loved to play dress up. Bows in my hair and twirling around in tutu's. So when I found out I was pregnant with a boy there was a small part of me that for an instant was sad. Don't get me wrong I love my son more than anything in the world. However it just means that I don't get to dress him up in pretty things. So I decided to share my creations with others. My love of crafts started when I was just a kid. My grandmother has a craft room that would put Michaels to shame. She taught my cousins and I how to sew and make other various projects. We would spend hours in there making all kinds of fun things. Our favorite was to make clothes and bedding for our beanie babies. The possibilities were endless and I learned to be creative and keep an open mind. I started making bows and tutu's for my friends daughter and realized how much fun it is. I asked my self recently while I was very tediously putting a tutu together if this is really what I want to be doing with all my time. After it was finished we tried it on her and I saw the huge smile on her face and the way that her mommy's face lit up seeing her in it I knew that it is all worth it. Every little girl deserves to feel and look like a princess. I hope to share these designs with your little princess.
I will start posting pictures of some of my designs. I am going to be making many more in the days/weeks to come. So check back often for new pictures.
